Accessibility Audits for Herefordshire Businesses

  • Accessibility Audits and written reports for venues including staffing, activities and websites.

  • Writing access statements for businesses to so their offer is clear and will be picked up by search engines to present the right results for would be customers seeking access information.

  • Mini access audits. We worked with Hereford City Life BID, hotels, restaurants, cafes and retail shops in Hereford to improve their on line and in person message and make that information accessible for those audiences and would-be customers seeking it.

Training for Access Ambassadors

  • Herefordshire businesses and organisations have benefitted from our advice and also training.  Queenswood Country Park and Arboretum  undertook our Training for Access Ambassadors in December and tweeted "Thank you to Accessible Herefordshire for encouraging us to  be more accessible.  We have a mobility vehicle back on the road"

  • Queenswood have also completed ground works to improve access on their viewpoint and our volunteer Clem went to check it out and give it the thumbs up (pic below)

Accessibility Statement writing £180

Incorporating an access statement for your business or holiday property is not just about meeting legal requirements; it's about embracing inclusivity, fostering trust, and enhancing the overall guest experience. By transparently communicating your property's accessibility features, you attract a diverse range of guests, build customer loyalty, and differentiate your property in the market. So, if you haven't already,  consider including an access statement that showcases the accessibility of your holiday property and unlocks a world of opportunities for both your business and your guests.

It also allows for keywords to be included in your website that potential guests are looking for - we can help with these keywords.

Differentiates Your  Business/Property in the Market: In a competitive marketplace, differentiation is key to standing out from the crowd. By highlighting the accessibility features of your business through an access statement, you differentiate it as a leader in inclusive hospitality. This unique selling proposition can attract customers who prioritise accessibility and set your property apart from competitors.
